The Spring Garden Seafood Market is Sanya’s most famous seafood market, with attractive prices, an excellent selection and a lively atmosphere. This is the most popular place for seafood in Sanya, with literally thousands of people coming here everyday. There are 90 different food stalls, all known for their reasonable prices and service. You just pick what you like from the market and take it to one of the cooking stalls, where they prepare the food in accordance with your instructions. Cooking a popular Chinese hot-pot, steaming or pan-frying all cost RMB 2 per lb (plus the fish!). Business hours start from 6:00 pm in the evening, everyday.
