IZE Restaurant of Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa
Situated at Yalong Bay overlooking 400m of powdery white beachfront the 100.000sqm Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa is conceptualized and built with unique features and services to provide a True Resort Experience with a Difference. The resort’s signature restaurant water-themed IZE offers premium seafood and wines. Dining at IZE is a lingering encounter, one that takes on less than two hours for a complete dining experience.
Upon arrival, guests will be escorted to the ice Bar for a pre-dinner drink or two, from long drinks and cocktails to sake and soju, and even unique concoctions for special requests. Sitting at this elevated counter with a platter of cold seafood displayed on a prominent ice pan, guests will be spellbound by the magnificent ocean views and scenic landscape. Food order taken, a few more lingering moments it’s time to precede to the main area for more out-of-this-world dining delights, with transparent glass floors over a koi pond, a centrally located floor-to-ceiling aquarium that sets the mood, private dining areas surrounded by glass and the swishing sounds of cascading water.


The IZE restaurant Chef de Cuisine Randolph Ng is a Singaporean. Since he started career at the Hilton Singapore, has worked for some 12 years with various prestigious hotels. During this process, he has taken part in numerous cooking competitions, walking away with many awards. He has had the honors of cooking for visiting presidents, premiers and royalty.

The award winning Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa recently launched a special "Beach Cuisine" concept at IZE, the resort’s signature restaurant, featuring contemporary dishes as crafted by Chef de Cuisine Randolph Ng.
