As part of the first phase project of the Haikou Danna International Yacht Club, a yacht marina featuring some 100 berths is set to start construction this November.

Located at the north of Haidianxi River, the Danna International Yacht Club Haikou consists of a yacht marina, a yacht club, 3 hotels and a commercial-catering square.

As a major project in Haikou, The project covers a planning area of 180,000 square meters involving an investment of 2.2 billion yuan. The yacht club is set to be put into operation in 2016.

Currently the Haikou Huayi InterContinental Hotel is structurally ready and the upgrading work is underway. The hotel is expected to start trial operations at the end of 2015.
