On the November 2, 2010, Hainan Provincial People's Government held welcome dinner for guests who attended the 14th ITOP in Sanya city of Hainan Province.
 
On the welcome dinner, Governor Luo Baoming adressed to all guests.
 
Luo Baoming said, all the guests and friends will exchange ideas and share experiences on how island regions should develop low-carbon economy, advocate low-carbon lifestyle, innovate low-carbon tourism products, change visitors' consumption habit and set up relevant supporting policies.Since Hainan is now bracing for the goal of an international tourist destination featuring green growth,we espcially need the best practices other island regions have accumulated in low-carbon tourism.
 
Luo Baoming expected to get a complete success in this forum with the active support of all the delegates and experts.
