Linchun Forest Park
 
At 195.6 meters above sea level and located just 1 kilometer away from downtown Sanya, Linchun Forest Park offers one of the best vantage points in Sanya for marveling at the expanding metropolitan jewel below, day and night.
 
Covering an area of 2,800 acres, the park opens from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is a public leisure forest park providing a fun and exciting day out for all ages.

Visitors can start their walk-up either at the entrance of the park or at its north gate. It takes about 35 minutes to reach the top of the hill although most visitors will feel the temptation to stop and enjoy the outstanding views along parts of the route.

A 5,500m raised hiking pathway winds around the hillside forest, set along the way to protect the park’s fragile ecosystem while letting visitors explore the indigenous tropical plants and animals. Wild orchids, red triangle plum and other amazing wildlife reside throughout the park.
 
 
The route to the top of the hill also features viewing platforms that include the Deer-chasing (Zhulu) Pavilion, Watch Tower, Tea House, Chess Table and Phoenix Forest.

The Watch Tower, at a height of 17 meters, has five levels for visitors and residents to be able to better enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the city.
