Boasting more than 50 years of experience, acclaimed TCM practitioner, Dr Wu Shihua will be leading a plethora of holistic treatments, designed to tackle concerns ranging from insomnia to rheumatoid arthritis, using his signature blend of bone setting techniques, acupressure and herbal remedies
 
During his visit to the resort, Dr Wu would like to offer guests the opportunity to experience his intricately created, holistic 1 day programme, specifically tailored to guests’ individual needs. Starting at RMB 1,826, this programme encompasses an inspired combination of traditional Chinese medicinal treatments, Qi Gong, as well as cuisine from the resort’s Healthy Delights selection, and is intended for guests seeking a complete and relaxing detox experience.

Dr Wu will also be offering a range of new treatments, each specifically and carefully designed to best promote recovery and wellbeing using traditional Chinese techniques. Ranging from the all-encompassing Chinese Time Ritual, designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes using a selection of therapeutic herbs, revitalising treatments and a personal lesson of soothing Qi Gong, all tailored by Dr Wu himself; to the Sleep Relief journey, designed specifically to identify the cause of insomnia within a guest and, using a combination of herbal remedies, bone-setting and acupressure massage, seek to provide that elusive night of undisturbed rest.
