An eye-catching swathe of brightly blooming flowers has appeared in Haikou’s Yanfeng Town. More and more tourists are coming by to check it out, as well as the nearby Dongzhaigang Mangrove Forest Wetlands.
 
In order to expand the growth of tourism in the area, local governments are encouraging farmers to grow flowers and other ornamental plants, creating a larger and more diverse “Flower Corridor.”
