At 45, actress Jennifer Aniston has the firm thighs of a much younger woman. 
 
 
She does a two-hour session of yoga every other day.
 
‘It’s simple. I run and work out every day,’ she says. She does a two-hour session of yoga every other day, followed by 20 minutes on the treadmill.
 
On other days she does aqua-jogging and martial art-inspired Budoken, which includes fast kicking and punching, for well-toned limbs.
 
What to try: The simple seated leg raise is effective for toning quadricep muscles at the front of the thigh. Sit on the floor with your back pressed against a wall.
 
Extend legs in front of you and flex your feet. Raise your right leg off the floor as high as is comfortable, keeping the foot flexed.
 
Lower to floor without touching for  20 repetitions, keeping leg straight (without locking the knee). Repeat on the left. Progress to four sets of 20 reps.
