Nearly 150 leading suppliers from home and abroad attended the Vendors Conference of Haitang Bay Dream Sleepless City on December 6th to advance the construction of the large-scale culture tourism complex in Sanya’s Haitang Bay.
 
The project is another attempt by the Sanya government to combine tourism with entertainment. Covering a land area of more than 1,000 acres, the project will involve a total investment of 6.9 billion yuan.
 
Chairman of the Sanya Haichang Tourism Industry Development Co.,Ltd said the new complex will provide world-class experience for top-end consumers and marks a major step forward for the development of Haitang Bay’s tourism industry.
 
The sprawling leisure development will feature 14 themed zones, such as Fantastic Street, Wedding Palace, Waterfall Town, Dolphin Bay, Marine Circus and Wildland Camp.
 
Currently, there are over 40 enterprises that signed agreements to settle down in Haitang Bay and about 15 world-class brand hotels are under construction.
