She works out an hour a day, six days a week, doing cardio and strength work to achieve her figure. ‘I do a lot of Pilates, kickboxing and weight training in LA,’ she says. ‘And when I’m in Texas, I run or ride a bike.’
WHAT TO TRY: Tricep extensions target the back of the arms. Stand in front of a bench or sofa. Place your right hand and knee on the bench, so you are leaning slightly over it, keeping your left foot on the floor.
Holding a weight in your left hand, lift and bend the elbow until it is at 90 degrees to the floor. Keep the upper arm and elbow still as you extend the lower arm backwards.
Lower back down to the starting position and repeat 12 to 15 times before switching to the other side.
