Kim Kardashian is still basking in the joy of being a new mom, but her trainer has already mapped out his celebrity client’s post-baby body workout plan and it’s brutal to say the least!

Trainer to the stars, Gunnar Peterson, will be in charge of getting the 32-year-old reality star back in shape, and he opened up to the Mail Online about the grueling methods he plans to employ.

Peterson—who counts Halle Berry and Sofia Vergara amongst his celebrity clients—says one of the main elements of Kardashian’s workout will be "sled-training", which translates to pushing a 200-pound metal sled up and down a 90-foot track.

The physically exerting exercise involves standing behind the sled with both hands on the handlebars and pushing it forward to generate as much speed as possible—tightening the gluteus and strengthening the core.

Peterson says that to help encourage his clients during the exhausting task he tells them to imagine they’re taking part in a robbery or playing cat and mouse!

Other exercise components Peterson is planning to incorporate are cardio boxing, rowing on a machine, power squats and dead lifts with varying size weights.

"Kourtney warned me that when I got pregnant, people’s opinions would be on an all-time high and people would chime in. Now I see what she means!"

When asked if she felt confident with her fuller figured pregnancy body, Kardashian admitted, "No."

She also said she’d been forced to give up her favorite high heels as her feet have become "too wide and swollen" to wear them anymore.

"My doctor has told me to elevate my feet – I just ordered a pair of pointy-toed flats," Kim shared.

"[My Christian Louboutin five-inch heels] hardly fit me any more," Kardashian said.

"When I flew in them the other day, I landed with one strap unbuckled, as I couldn’t get it around my ankle."

However, Kim has insisted she will not be in a rush to get back to her pre-baby body.

I have the rest of my life to be skinny and to lose the weight," Kim said on the Tonight Show .

"I’m really not worried about it."
