A-list body secret: how to get Catherine Zeta-Jone’s shape
Catherine Zeta-Jones, 41, claims walking with her dogs, swimming, weight training and Pilates help to keep her in such well-toned shape.
However, it’s dancing, such as in Broadway show A Little Night Music, that has really helped to define her lower limbs.

TRY THIS: Daily calf raises. Stand on the edge of a step, balancing on the balls of your feet, with your heels and the back half of your foot unsupported. Keep your back straight.
Rise up on to your tiptoes and then lower your heels down over the edge of the step by bending at the ankle, as if you’re putting your feet back down to a standing position.
Let your heels drop as far down as they will go without causing pain.
Then, rise up on to your toes again, lifting your heels as far off the ground as you can. Repeat 15-25 times.
It’s also dancing, such as in the Oscar-winning film Chicago, that has really helped to define Catherine’s lower limbs
