Tighten your abdominal muscles and raise your right leg a few centimetres off the floor.
Hold for 2 to 5 seconds before lowering the leg and repeating with the left leg. Perform ten lifts with each leg.
Repeat 2 or 3 times a week, gradually increasing the height to which you lift the legs.
