With the event date of Sep. 11th is getting closer and closer, Birkebeinerrittet China Yakeshi 2010 registration is on-going! Based on the successful "test run" of Birkebeinerrittet China in 2008 at Jingyuetan Park, Changchun and the first "real" Birkebeinerrittet taken place in September 2009 outside the city Yakeshi in northern Inner Mongolia. 2010 Birkebeinerrittet China is just around the corner!

Birkebeinerrittet China is the sister event to the Norwegian Birkebeinerrittet – the world’s biggest MTB race in number of contestants, as a long-distance MTB cycling race held annually in Norway. It’s an amateur mountain bike race for anyone who likes sports and outdoor activities. Ride a tough 53km or 25km mountain bike race on challenging tracks which gives the participants a cycling experience hard to forget. Held in Daxing Anling forest, a magnificent nature reserve in northern China, Birkebeinerrittet can picture you a really unique and unforgettable memory!

Worthy to be mentioned, the best male and female Chinese riders in Birkebeinerrittet China will be invited to next year’s Birkebeinerrittet in Norway. For Feng Kuanjie ,male, 2nd Place of 2009 Birkebeinerrittet China Yakeshi and Pan Jihong, female, the 2nd Place of 2009 Birkebeinerrittet China Yakeshi, they both are going to Norway for Birkebeinerrittet tomorrow as the best Chinese riders of 2009.
