Hainan signs with Prince Edward Island to promote cooperation & exchange
Hainan provincial Governor Luo Baoming(R)and Prince Edward Island Governor Robert Ghiz signed memorandum of understanding.
On the afternoon of September 7, 2010 (Canada), Hainan and Prince Edward Island signed a memorandum of understanding on strengthening communication and cooperation.
The document was signed by visiting Hainan Provincial Governor Luo Baoming and Prince Edward Island Governor Robert Ghiz.
According to the memorandum, the two sides will maintain high-level visit to promote commerce exchange and development of the sister-province relationship.
Considering the mutual-beneficial cooperation and friendly exchange, Hainan and PEI will strengthen their communication and cooperation in the fileds of tourism, new high technology, air transportation, clean energy and education.
