The ocean theme park will be built in Haitang Bay, Sanya
 
A signing ceremony was held on 5th August in Sanya to mark the project of the city’s first ocean theme park, reports sanya.hinews.cn.
 
The project contractor, Dalian Haichang Group signed with the Sanya government to build the ocean park in Sanya’s Haitang Bay.
 
The park will occupy a land area of about 1,300 acres in the south of Haitang bay.
 
With a total investment of 5 billion yuan, it will be a comprehensive park integrating marine entertainment, ocean display, ocean science popularization and ocean leisure tourism.
 
The park will be the largest ocean theme park in Hainan province.
