A total of 116 amateur golfers from across North China’s Shanxi province competed for qualification in the 2014 Hainan Open World Tour Finals, one of the most influential events of its kind in China, in the provincial capital city Taiyuan, on July 3.


As one stop on the 2014 Hainan Open World Tour, the competition also showcased the skill and artistry of golfers from all walks of life in the province. The top player from the men’s group and women’s group will be qualified to compete with masters from around the world at the 2014 Hainan Open World Tour Finals.


Hosted by the People’s Government of Hainan Province, Hainan Open World Tour has won popularity since it began in 2009 and become one of the four major events in amateur golf in China.
