The 23rd National Book Fair in Sanya is to be held at the Sanya Sports Stadium from April 19 to 22, 2013.

The book fair in Sanya has a total of six exhibition areas including an elaborate books area, tourism culture area, children’s books area, creative culture area, ocean culture area and intangible cultural heritage area.

To promote reading among the public, Sanya will organize a series of cultural activities including an essay contest, reciting contest, calligraphy exhibition, photographic exhibition and art painting exhibition.

The 23rd National Books Expo will kick off at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou on April 19. Danzhou and Wanning are also branch venues in addition to Sanya.
