‘Summer Arts Season’ to kick off in Haikou on June 27
This summer is set to be a vibrant time in Haikou as the city will come alive with a series of cultural arts performances starting on 27th June.
The three-month-long festival, which is slated to last till 30th September, will highlight a lineup of 30 cultural programs including professional art, community art and children art throughout the city.
The main venue will be set up at Haikou People’s Hall and the other supporting venues are Wanlv Park and Haikou Arts & Cultural Hall.
The Summer Arts Season is part of the government’s efforts to enrich the spiritual life of people in Haikou. Most of the season’s shows are free to the public.
