With the approaching of the annual traditional festival, Sanyuesan Festival of Hainan’s local Li and Miao Minority, Lingshui is selected as the host city to celebrate the festival from March 23 and 25, 2011.
 
Themed as Enjoying at pearl coastline of Lingshui, having fun at Sanyuesan Festival, the opening ceremony will be held at Lingshui Cultural Square.
 
During the period, a series of cultural activities will stage to entertain the public and tourists like ethnic dancing and singing performances, gala musical fireworks shows, traditional ethnic athletic competition and painting & calligraphy exhibition.
