How to make Crumb Coated Chicken Wings

Crispy and spicy chicken wings for your party, give these lovely chicken wings a try!


Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Wok, mixing bowl, serving plate.

Serves 2

12 chicken wings
1 cup bread crumb
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beat in a bowl, whisked lightly
1 tbsp. grounf black pepper
1 tsp. salt, or to taste
5 tbsp. vegetable oil for deep-frying

1. Rinse the chicken wings well, combine with 1 tbsp. ground black pepper in a mixing bowl, let marinate for about 30 minutes.



2. Coat each chicken wings with flour, egg cream, and bread crumbs.



3. Heat 5 tbsps. vegetable oil or more in a wok until shimmering on the bottom, but not yet smoking, deep fry chicken wings over medium high heat until golden brown.



4. When finished, dry them on kitchen papers, serve on a plate.
